Since the early 90's, the Communications and Computing Industry
has been growing cons-
iderably. The Internet, Wireless communications,
Broad-band and intelligent networks have revolutionized
the way people interact and conduct business. In the
21stcentury, new technologies continue
to advance at a breakneck pace.
However, the need of an exhaustive knowledge-exchange platform that threaded all
important Wireless Computing and Communications technologies remained to be
addressed. ARE has undertaken an initiative-in this direction to
facilitate a platform for knowledge exchange among practicing and aspiring
